Deborah Wray, MFT
Deborah has been studying various forms of energy medicine for over 30 years. Her work today derives from the indigenous healing practices of medicine men and woman of Peru.
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hollins University, Deborah also earned a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy. She is a graduate of Dr. Alberto Villoldo’s Healing The Light Body School where she served as senior faculty for 6 years, teaching in venues around the United States and abroad. Currently Deborah is the founder of The Gateway School of Shamanism, offering programs for personal healing and shamanic healing processes.
She and her husband Jim regularly take groups to Peru to sit in ceremony with indigenous shaman and explore the mystery of sacred sites. When at home she maintains a private practice in Shamanic Energy Medicine. Sessions are available in her Charlottesville, VA. office and over the phone.
